Reporting to the Property Services Coordinator Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing functional and administrative support across multiple areas. Key skills include strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You'll coordinate manager meetings, organize client interactions, and support project tracking while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional support to team members and management
• Organize and document manager meetings and project updates
• Plan and coordinate client meetings and travel arrangements
• Prepare communications, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for account management
Requirements:
• Community college diploma or equivalent training
• 1–3 years of relevant job experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Required Security Clearance for the role
