Assume a critical role as a Bilingual HR Secretary, delivering exceptional administrative support and customer service in our Human Resources department.
This dynamic role requires proficiency in managing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks under the direction of the HR Director. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and assisting with HR projects. Candidates must value confidentiality and demonstrate excellent communication skills to execute their duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring their inquiries are addressed
• Screen and direct phone calls, manage appointments
• Assist in preparing HR-related documentation and reports
• Handle general office duties, including inventory management
• Process background checks and verify employment requests
Requirements:
• High School diploma is a must;
Associate's degree is preferred
• Ideally, three years of secretarial experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft/Google Office Suite
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Proven organizational and decision-making skills
