Data Entry Administrator

Position: Data Entry Administrator Contract Role
Become a crucial part of First Service Residential as a Data Entry Administrator for 2-3 months. This role supports data accuracy across various platforms, available in ON, BC, AB, or remote.

In this temporary position, you will review and validate resident data, ensuring accurate updates and data integrity. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential as you manage repetitive tasks while collaborating with property management and operations teams. Effective communication and organizational skills will further enhance your productivity in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review resident data for discrepancies across systems

• Update and input data accurately to ensure consistency

• Validate contact details and occupancy status of residents

• Perform data audits to maintain integrity

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred

• MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively

• Independent work capability and time management skills
