The Arts Research Centres Assistant is a crucial role for the Faculty of Arts, providing high-level administrative support to the Administrator and Director. Key responsibilities include managing student appointments, coordinating events, and assisting with the development of procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage student appointments and payroll inquiries
• Coordinate events, including venue booking and catering
• Draft communications and meeting documentation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain Arts Research Centres webpages and updates
Requirements:
• High School diploma plus one year post-secondary education
• Four years of related experience or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Word Press
