This position requires effective organization and project management skills, providing direct support to the Dean. You'll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across departments and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing commitments, prioritizing correspondence, and facilitating strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the VP Health and Dean's calendar and commitments
• Triage and respond to correspondence appropriately
• Draft, edit, and format complex documents for stakeholders
• Research and analyze sensitive issues for the Dean
• Liaise with internal and external organizations effectively
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication proficiency
