Your responsibilities will involve office administration and coordinating communications between clients and project managers. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for daily operations
• Manage client communications including calls and emails
• Set up and maintain documentation for job files
• Aid project managers with scheduling and tracking tasks
• Assist in bookkeeping and organizing files
Requirements:
• Experience in office administration preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
