This position supports two or more professionals within the Real Estate & Banking department. Your responsibilities will include preparing regulatory documents, managing calendars, and liaising with clients and staff. With over two years of experience in legal administrative support, you will exercise good judgment and proactively assist high-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and expedite workflow for legal professionals
• Accurately prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Manage calendars and travel arrangements proactively
• Liaise with clients and internal teams effectively
• Complete administrative billing and file management tasks
Requirements:
• Diploma as an Administrative Assistant or Legal Administrative Assistant
• Minimum two years in a legal administrative role
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and grammar skills
