Overview

Responsibilities- Plan and organize company social events
- Enter HR-related data efficiently and accurately
- Handle reception duties and visitor check-ins
- Assist with marketing and basic accounting tasks
- Support facilities maintenance and cleanliness efforts
- Facilitate onboarding processes for current staff
- Maintain office supplies and cleanliness
- Prior experience in administration or HR support
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic accounting functions
- Willingness to assist with kitchen and facility upkeep
