As a Portfolio Services Officer reporting to the Property Services Coordinator Supervisor, you will deliver crucial functional and administrative support across several areas. You will be integral in assisting managers with organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing schedules. Your analytical skills will be key in generating reports and maintaining databases to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day guidance and information to team members
• Organize and document manager meetings, including minutes and follow-ups
• Coordinate client meetings and manage travel arrangements for managers
• Prepare communications and presentations for specific projects
• Support quality assurance inspections of properties
Requirements:
• Community college diploma or equivalent training
• 1-3 years of job-related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Required Reliability Security Clearance
