Join Aviso Wealth as a Transfers Administrator for a 6-month term, focused on processing transfers with attention to detail. Deliver client-centric solutions and enhance collaboration within the Transfers team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Supervisor, Transfers, and be responsible for processing transfer requests, monitoring communications, and providing support to external institutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a commitment to service excellence, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transfer in requests per service level agreements

• Monitor transfers mailbox and manage incoming requests

• Initiate manual or ATON transfers, tracking their status

• Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions

• Review and respond promptly to transfer inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of back office experience in financial securities

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Fluent in English;
French is an asset

• Experience with Dataphile or Univeris preferred
