Located in Dunsmuir, this position is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. You will interact with senior management, utilizing strong communication and advanced organizational skills. Your responsibilities include managing executive calendars, facilitating meetings, and carrying out financial tasks to contribute to the business group's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize senior management’s time through effective scheduling
• Communicate professionally via email, notes, and agendas
• Process expense claims and accounts payable documents
• Assist in budget development and event coordination
• Maintain confidentiality in all communications
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in office administration
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Outlook and Power Point
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Experience supporting senior management
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration is an asset
