FMI is looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to assist with a variety of tasks throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with Project Coordinators, Managers, Superintendents, and consultants, ensuring documentation and communication are precise and timely. Your organizational skills and proactive communication will be key to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to project and site teams
• Maintain accurate project documentation using Procore
• Create and manage RFIs, submittals, and site instructions
• Ensure timely follow-up with consultants and suppliers
• Coordinate meetings and document action items
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a Project Administrator role
• Strong communication skills with trades and consultants
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in construction
