Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for property management teams
• Coordinate maintenance requests and special projects
• Partner with Accounting for financial requests
• Ensure compliance with company processes
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned properties
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative or coordination role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• On-site work required at Delta office
