As the Venue Administrator, you will ensure seamless daily operations by handling financial transactions, scheduling, and compliance monitoring. Your proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail will drive success in managing documentation and inventory. Engage directly with various teams and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily email communications and staff correspondence
• Process and verify employee time clock entries accurately
• Review and organize daily operational checklists
• Monitor e-learning assignments and update schedules accordingly
• Respond to customer feedback on Google and Open Table
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of venue management or administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
