As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Director of Finance and Operations. Your contributions will encompass daily administrative functions, HR administration, and efficient office management. This newly established role requires someone who is flexible and can adapt as responsibilities evolve within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support for recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage daily office administration and supplies inventory
• Track compliance items and prepare routine HR reports
• Organize shared digital files and maintain accurate data
• Schedule meetings and coordinate events efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in administrative support roles
• Experience in Human Resources is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Relevant post-secondary education is preferred
• Criminal Record Check required
