This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional administrative and operational support while interacting with clients and colleagues. You will handle communications, assist the management team, and process documentation for Advisor teams. Your attention to detail and time management skills will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming communications from clients and advisors
• Provide attentive service and support to client needs
• Handle office tasks like stationery orders and scheduling
• Process funds and account documentation accurately
• Assist the Branch Operations Manager as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent detail orientation and time management skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and seek solutions
• Knowledge of RBC’s systems is an asset
