As the first point of contact for the Department Head, you will play a crucial role in operational effectiveness and supporting a welcoming culture. Your contributions will enhance the department's clinical, research, and academic endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules for the Department Head and Administrative Manager
• Manage travel arrangements and optimize itineraries
• Organize multiple high-stakes committees and academic processes
• Maintain financial documentation and report generation
• Draft correspondence and take meeting minutes as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus two-year diploma and four years experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks
• Experience in a university or healthcare setting is preferred
