The Commercial Property Administrator reports to the Property Manager and plays a crucial role within the Aquilini Properties department. With a focus on managing a portfolio that includes office, retail, and industrial properties, this position demands strong skills in financial reporting, compliance, and tenant relations. You will ensure high standards for both internal teams and tenants through effective communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the property management software for tenant data
• Prepare annual CAM statements and tenant recoveries
• Analyze and allocate property operating expenses
• Maintain tenant lease abstracts and documentation
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and financial forecasts
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in commercial property administration
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and recoverable costs
• Proficient with Yardi or similar systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
