Enhance the workplace at Tundra Technical Solutions as the Workplace Experience Lead in Vancouver. Shape office operations, support internal events, and ensure exceptional environments for Associates and visitors.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Executive Assistant while overseeing office functionality across Vancouver, Calgary, and Seattle. Your expertise in office management and facilities coordination will drive daily operations and workplace improvements, ensuring Tundra’s standards are met and celebrated. This full-time position requires in-office presence 4-5 days a week to uphold Tundra’s people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support office build-outs and renovations across multiple branches

• Maintain office cleanliness and functional spaces consistently

• Manage supplies, furniture orders, and workplace essentials

• Oversee event planning, logistics, and Associate engagement initiatives

• Act as liaison for vendors, management, and leadership teams
