In this permanent position, you'll provide crucial administrative support within the Child Safety department. Your responsibilities include managing documentation and correspondence, maintaining client records, and engaging professionally with clients and partner organizations. This role emphasizes collaboration and requires strong interpersonal skills to navigate a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain client files accurately
• Prepare and manage essential documentation
• Execute large-volume mail outs efficiently
• Facilitate switchboard operation and supply ordering
• Input client data into management systems
Requirements:
• Administrative program certificate essential
• Five years of relevant office experience required
• Familiarity with office procedures necessary
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
• Typing speed of 50 wpm required
