Vancouver Test Administrator VUE

Position: Vancouver Test Administrator at Pearson VUE
Assist test candidates as a part-time Test Administrator with Pearson VUE in Vancouver, BC, with a competitive starting wage of $19.75 per hour. This role is temporary until October 2026 with varied shift availability.

You will monitor the testing environment by checking in candidates, managing identification verification, and explaining the exam process. Additionally, you will proctor testing sessions and resolve any technical issues that arise. Light housekeeping, like maintaining cleanliness of testing spaces, is also expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strictly adhere to testing procedures and policies

• Check in candidates and verify their identification

• Proctor candidates during their examination sessions

• Troubleshoot any technical issues encountered

• Complete light housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is essential

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience

• Proctoring exam experience highly preferred

• Flexible with work hours and scheduling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at beginner to intermediate level
