Hatch is seeking an Administrative Assistant to enhance our Facilities group. This position requires 2 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. You will engage with contractors, manage logs, and help improve processes while collaborating with teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily invoices and issue purchase orders
• Manage and update the Capital Expense log
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, and record minutes
• Assist the Global Facilities team with process improvements
• Monitor and track global headcount monthly
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of administrative experience
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently
• Effective communication skills in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and enhance relevant skills
Support the dynamic Facilities team at Hatch and contribute to creating innovative solutions.
