We are looking for a motivated and reliable Administrator/Logistics Assistant to join our team.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Administrator/Logistics Assistant to support our Logistics Manager and accounting team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day logistics and supply chain tasks, help manage documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the company.
Responsibilities- Assist the Logistics Manager with supply chain coordination and logistics planning.
- Manage and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping schedules, inventory tracking, and delivery records.
- Provide support to the accounting team with paperwork, filing, and basic data entry.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle filing and organization of documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required, ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration is an asset.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounting or administrative tasks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
