Project Coordinator Position

In this role, the Project Coordinator will support various teams by managing project files, ensuring timely communication with clients, and assisting in proposal preparations. Candidates must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of project management principles. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards and efficiency in Keller’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain structured project files for effective tracking

• Facilitate client communication and documentation collection

• Assist in the creation and formatting of assessment reports

• Update project databases for accurate status tracking

• Collaborate with regional managers on proposal preparations
Requirements:

• Diploma in project management or related field preferred

• 1-3 years of administrative or project coordinator experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
