As Executive Assistant, People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and helping drive initiatives that put people at the center of organizational success.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer and People & Culture leadership team, you will be a trusted partner responsible for ensuring seamless executive operations, managing competing priorities, and facilitating effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups. - You’ll provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief People Officer, including calendar management, correspondence, travel coordination, and expense administration.
- You’ll coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
- You’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, board members, and internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- You’ll manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
- You’ll support event planning, records management, document administration, and departmental coordination activities.
- You’ll gather, organize, and prepare information for reports, business plans, operational documents, presentations, and executive communications.
- You’ll support records management, document administration, and SharePoint organization to ensure information is accessible and well maintained.
- You’ll coordinate travel arrangements and schedules, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- You’ll provide administrative and coordination support across the broader team as required.
- 5‑7 years of progressive administrative experience, including at least 5 years supporting senior executives in a complex organizational environment.
- Post‑secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting business planning, budgeting processes, procurement, invoicing, and project coordination activities.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, expense administration, audit processes, records management, and executive reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated relationship‑building, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with travel and event planning, project execution, and Concur or Success Factors is considered an asset.
- Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and other business documentation.
- Experience with SharePoint or the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
