The Opportunity: As a Community Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the property while fostering a welcoming and responsive resident experience. This position is central to supporting operational excellence, managing resident relations, and upholding community standards through proactive communication and administration.

Who You Are:
:
College or university education in a business-related field is an asset.
:
Minimum 1 year of residential property management experience preferred.
:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is an asset.
:
Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone manner; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
:
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
:
Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
:
Available during month-end periods and responsive to after-hours emergencies.
:
Familiarity with landlord/tenant legislation and regulatory compliance.
: A criminal verification check is required for employment
The Expected Base Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. BGO values the contribution of our employees and our compensation structure may vary based on the geographical location of successful candidates, as well as their experience, skills or qualifications. In addition to base pay, eligible BGO employees participate in various incentive compensation plans, based on individual and business performance as well as a broad range of competitive benefits.
