The 12-month contract position involves assisting with reporting, reconciliations, payments, and expense controls. You will coordinate important documentation related to health, safety, and environmental compliance, working closely with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cruise schedules and waste documentation accurately
• Prepare hazardous waste labels and related billing docs
• Support invoice QA/QC and service scheduling
• Ensure regulatory compliance in waste movements
• Provide general administrative and customer support
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent 5 years of experience
• Skills in accounting, administration, or bookkeeping
• Marine industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications
