This role requires 3+ years of high-level administrative experience with strong financial skills. As a Property Administrator, you will oversee rent collection, liaise with tenants, handle accounts receivable reporting, and manage the tenant database. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate operations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities
• Manage rent collections and accounts receivable communications
• Review and process invoices per budget schedules
• Prepare rental letters and tenant chargebacks
• Maintain and update tenant information and security deposits
Requirements:
• 3+ years in an administrative role with financial emphasis
• Experience in real estate operations is a plus
