As an Administrative Assistant at MNP, you become a vital support system within the organization. You'll take charge of administrative tasks, from documenting meeting minutes to coordinating schedules and travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative and clerical functions
• Create, modify, and format documents as needed
• Record, distribute, and archive minutes from meetings
• Maintain an accurate internal database
• Coordinate meetings and manage travel plans
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education in administration
• Relevant administrative experience in a professional setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exposure to non-profit or public sector is advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
