Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, travel bookings, and executive correspondence

• Serve as a liaison among executives, staff, and stakeholders

• Prepare professional communications, reports, and presentations

• Schedule and coordinate executive meetings and events

• Assist in tracking strategic goals and project progress

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to executives

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Expertise in calendar administration and travel logistics

• Strong planning and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for executive-level documentation
