Position: Accounts Administrator with Financial Focus
Join Aviso as a New Accounts Administrator, working for 6 months on the Operations team. This role includes processing new and fee-based accounts within the IIROC dealer framework.

Reporting to the Supervisor, New Accounts, you will contribute to administrative functions while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and industry regulations. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining fee-based business lines. Your strategic thinking and clear communication will support team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process account setups according to standards

• Manage ongoing account maintenance and fee generation

• Ensure clear documentation of requests

• Utilize Laserfiche, OSM, and Dataphile effectively

• Revise manuals for policy updates

Requirements:

• Preference for Finance or Business education

• One year of relevant administrative experience

• Knowledge of Dataphile preferred

• Successful completion of securities courses an asset

• Fluent English communication skills;
French is advantageous
