Your role will ensure accurate document preparation for international shipments.
This position involves collaborating within a tight-knit team to manage the documentation required for exports from the Port of Vancouver. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to handle any amendments and ensure timely document dispatch in compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review all necessary export documentation
• Organize inspections and certifications through providers
• Issue invoices and manage cost allocations for clients
• Collaborate with banks for document presentation
• Keep internal teams updated on payment processes
Requirements:
• 1–3 years' experience in export documentation preferred
• Educational background in logistics or business administration
• Highly developed communication and organization skills
• Capable of analytical thinking to solve issues
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required
