In this position at PPI, part of iA Financial, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth communications between advisors and clients. Your duties will extend to organizing office supplies, sorting mail, and providing administrative assistance, all within a people-focused culture that encourages contributions to meaningful projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage incoming telephone calls
• Welcome visitors and ensure appointments are met
• Organize reception and meeting room schedules
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide clerical support to team members
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in an office administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Wealth Serv is beneficial
