We’re looking for a qualified Billing Coordinator with a minimum of three years of billing experience in a law firm. You'll engage in various tasks, from preparing bills to ensuring compliance with strict guidelines. Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will be key in answering queries and maintaining billing accuracy throughout the month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and correct pre-bills and bills as requested
• Ensure adherence to client billing guidelines
• Maintain comprehensive billing progress reports
• Perform accurate data entry and proofreading tasks
• Liaise with clients and support staff regarding billing issues
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant billing experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with Aderant and Expert Billing is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
