You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring effective engagement with youth, families, and community partners. Your experience in office administration, particularly within a health or social service context, will be crucial here.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and practitioners
• Process intake referrals and respond to general inquiries
• Manage daily operational tasks and client interactions
• Support ongoing outreach initiatives for community engagement
• Facilitate data collection and assist in compiling reports
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in office administration
• Knowledge of Indigenous community issues and resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Completed criminal record check and proof of vaccination
