Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an extension of the CEO’s office
• Coordinate special projects across multiple departments
• Facilitate communication between departmental heads
• Review and provide feedback on marketing materials
• Improve executive reporting systems and dashboards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in executive support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and AI applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Marketing preferred
• Valid driver’s license and travel flexibility
