As the Operations Coordinator, you'll report to the Office Manager and be pivotal in daily operations.
Your role encompasses organizing employee events, supporting leaders' logistics, and partnering with our Events Manager. A strong focus on detail and the ability to multitask will ensure a smooth, efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and staff
• Facilitate engaging employee events and office arrangements
• Manage leadership travel, expenses, and schedules
• Assist in all phases of internal event planning and execution
• Work with Facilities Team for fostering collaboration
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in office administration or hospitality
• Self-sufficient and motivated in busy environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong customer service dedication and team spirit
• Excellent communication with attention to confidentiality
