Key functions include onboarding new team members, coordinating training, managing travel logistics, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding and compliance training for staff
• Coordinate essential training sessions and PPE kit management
• Process operator expenses and manage scheduling
• Keep operations files organized and up to date
• Act as liaison for communications across departments
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in remote administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage details
• High school diploma; degree preferred
