In this role, you'll be part of a vibrant Transfers team, reporting to the Supervisor as you manage daily transfers and respond to inquiries. Your drive for service excellence and commitment to continuous improvement will play a vital role in Aviso's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transfers in compliance with service agreements
• Manage the transfers mailbox and incoming correspondences
• Launch manual or ATON transfers as requested
• Monitor and follow up on transfer statuses
• Provide operational assistance for the transfer process
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a financial admin role
• Extremely detail-oriented and precise in execution
• Strong skills in problem-solving and organization
• Excellent multi-tasking capabilities
• Proficient in English and French, both written and verbal
