This permanent, full-time position requires a proactive professional with at least 2 years of experience in office management. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee administrative hospital procedures
• Implement protocols for patient records and financial documents
• Manage office services, including equipment and supplies

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in business or related field required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Familiarity with veterinary environments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
