Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and proof financial statements before issuance
• Manage client information with strict confidentiality
• Perform quality checks on documents and presentations
• Lock down files in a paperless data storage system
• Assist during peak times by providing coverage to staff
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
• Diploma in Office Administration or related field
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Great analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in English & French is beneficial
