Join CIMA+ as a Project Administrative Assistant in Vancouver, supporting critical BC Hydro projects. Experience a flexible hybrid work model combining administrative and project coordination roles.
As a vital member of the Project Management team, you'll assist in the execution of various duties. This includes preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and managing onboarding for project staff. A strong emphasis on process improvement and quality assurance will be key in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with project resource onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate and resolve system-related issues
• Prepare documentation, meeting materials, and proposals
• Conduct quality checks to maintain document standards
• Support standardization of administrative processes
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in administration
• Strong command of Word and other Microsoft applications
• Capability to work independently in fast-paced settings
• Commitment to excellence and strong interpersonal skills
