Position: Temporary Office Manager (June 29- Aug 28
We are seeking a dedicated and customer service‑oriented Office Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our office for a two month temporary coverage (June
28–Aug8).
Responsibilities    Reception Services   Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Prepare coffee in the morning for tenants.
Assist individual clients with tasks such as handling packages, printing, and mail.

Clean Up and Maintenance   Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Wipe down tables and ensure the boardroom is presentable for meetings.
Move furniture around the office as required for new tenants.
Coordinate and oversee office showings for potential tenants.

Customer Service   Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Address inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assist clients with individual tasks and ensure their needs are met.

Administrative Tasks   Order office supplies, ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained.
Generate and manage invoices for services provided.
Handle mailing and shipping of items as required.
Assist with writing contracts and ensuring their accuracy.

Advertising and Virtual Reception Service   Create and post advertisements, including Craigslist ads, to attract potential tenants.
Coordinate virtual reception services to ensure productive call management.

Requirements   Previous experience in a similar office management or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle various client needs.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning practices.
Availability to work on-site during office hours (8:30am to 5:00pm).
Ability to work independently as the only office manager.
Compensation  $21 per hour.
