As an Executive Support Administrator, you will support the Associate Dean and Assistant Deans within the Faculty of Medicine, ensuring effective delivery of PGME administrative services. Your responsibilities will include establishing service standards and managing formal committees and key events crucial to the operation of postgraduate medical education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administrative support for PGME leadership
• Oversee scheduling and sensitive administrative requests
• Develop service standards and administrative frameworks
• Manage standing committees and key events coordination
• Provide strategic guidance on complex issues
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Two years of related experience or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment
