This position involves supporting the Legal Services team by addressing a documentation backlog and ensuring records' accuracy. You will collaborate closely with Paralegals and Legal Counsel, contributing to a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Retrieve and verify information from internal systems
• Prepare documentation using standardized Word templates
• Accurately transfer information between databases and templates
• Manage and process high volumes of confidential documentation
• File completed records in SharePoint and designated repositories
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years in administrative or legal documentation roles
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and document formatting
• Proven track record of accuracy in documentation processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with document management systems and databases
