You will be integral in organizing all investor-facing events, including roadshows and quarterly calls. Your key skills will include strong communication, organizational prowess, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-changing environment. Your responsibilities will also cover managing schedules and supporting executive teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate investor meetings and events efficiently
• Prepare briefing documents for executive team
• Maintain the IR CRM with detailed logs
• Manage executive’s schedule and travel arrangements
• Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting for IR
Requirements:
• 5+ years in office administration or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Strong organizational and discretion abilities
• Experience managing international travel logistics
Leverage your skills in coordination and support while working closely with executives to enhance investor relations efforts.
