Exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist on Vancouver's West Side! This 3-month contract role focuses on accurate data management and organizational support.
Working full-time, Monday to Friday, you'll play a critical role in our administrative team. Ideal candidates have substantial clerical experience and excel at maintaining data integrity across various platforms. You will contribute to improving workflows and ensuring compliance while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain data swiftly and accurately
• Perform regular updates to keep records current
• Gather and verify data from multiple sources
• Organize files digitally and offline for retrieval
• Support processes related to customer order entry
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in data entry or administration
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on precision
• Knowledgeable about office procedures and filing systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
