Administrative Court Clerk

Be part of the Vancouver Provincial Court team as an Administrative Court Clerk.

Your role is critical in supporting the judiciary through document management and court proceedings oversight.

You will perform essential functions that ensure the court processes are fair and efficient. This position values inclusive communication and aims to create a supportive environment for everyone involved in the justice system. Strong organizational and clerical skills will be paramount as you interact with various justice partners and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review all necessary legal documents

• Accurately record court proceedings and decisions

• Manage court exhibits ensuring proper handling

• Collaborate closely with legal and judicial staff

• Assist the public with inquiries and support services

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in an office setting

• 1 year of experience in data entry and computer systems

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

• Must be able to travel for circuit court duties

Support court administration and contribute to equitable justice in Vancouver.
