As the primary contact for the Vocations Office, you will provide essential support to the Director. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, coordinating events, and maintaining records effectively. Your organizational skill will play a vital part in ensuring smooth office operations and promoting vocations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via phone, mail, and email
• Maintain VO calendar and schedule various meetings
• Track formation activities and coordinate committee meetings
• Manage office communications and assist with website content
• Plan, execute, and evaluate all office events
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of office experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with professionalism
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Flexibility in schedule for occasional additional hours
