Our client seeks a Temporary Office Coordinator for a short-term contract from June 5th to June 10th. This role requires at least one year of experience in front desk or office administration, highlighting your organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly upon their arrival at HQ
• Manage shipping and receiving, ensuring accuracy
• Keep the office, including kitchens, organized and clean
• Monitor office inventory for supplies and upkeep
• Contribute to employee engagement and social events
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of front desk experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Post-secondary education preferred
